Alexandra TRIF
Alexandra TRIF is a software delivery leader with a proven track record of driving complex products from idea to production. Since 2015, she has led cross-functional teams of developers, QA engineers, and designers to successfully deliver software solutions that are actively used by end-users today. In her day- to-day work, she comfortably switches between roles such as Scrum Master, Project Manager, and Business Analyst, coordinating integrations and guiding projects with stakeholders distributed across the globe.
Her current career builds on a strong technical and analytical foundation. Alexandra earned her Ph.D. in Agronomy from the University of Agronomic Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Bucharest in 2018, with a thesis focused on monitoring agropedoclimatic parameters in field crops using drone and satellite imagery, combining pixel classification, photogrammetry, and remote sensing. She also holds a Master’s degree in Geomatics in Environmental Engineering and is trained as a Geodesy Engineer.
To complement her hands-on experience, Alexandra obtained the PMP (Project Management Professional) certification, as well as an international Scrum Master certification, confirming both her expertise in structured project management and her ability to lead agile teams. The combination of scientific rigor, geospatial and environmental know-how, and solid software delivery experience allows her to bridge business, technology, and data, and to consistently lead projects to measurable results.
